I have done a sterlingly terrible job of updating some of the stuff on the Goats Wikipedia page [wikipedia.org].

Please flesh out the character bios and put in some stuff about the plot details and storylines please, if you can!

Cheers.

Oh, and a question for Jon: do you still hand-draw the comics... and if not, how do you do them?

Nice work. It reminded me to update the Dumbrella [wikipedia.org] page to reflect Phillip's current status.

Nice indeed. I particularly like that you added Crab City, that oft-forgotten world.

But no Lauren? Is she indeed gone forever?

In the course of editing the Goats page, our own AsphaltBuffet [goats.com] has created a Wikipedia page for some guy named Jonathan Rosenberg [wikipedia.org]. ("Jon Rosenberg" redirects there as well.) Pages about webcomic authors sometimes get deleted, or redirected to the page about the webcomic. So if you would like to see the page about Jon survive as a separate entity, please expand it beyond its current stub status, being sure to include details that wouldn't necessarily fit on the Goats page.

It amuses me that some Wikipedians really believe [wikipedia.org] that it operates by consensus in place of democracy. This is using the word consensus in the sense of "I'll just wait until you are not logged in and then replace your bs with what I know to be the facts, cuz my BFF told me and he's like the biggest geek about this stuff. He'd edit it himself, only his mom's using his computer. She says it's some kind of work thing, but he thinks she's posting her bio to hotdivorcees.com cuz she hasn't had any in a long time. He can't come over here to use my computer cuz his car broke down (damn Fiats), but anyways, you don't know js about this stuff and should be banned, you loser".

It seems awkward that the characters are grouped by location but we never give any information on the locations themselves. I think it may flow a bit better if we had a locations section and then had a character section where they were divided between Major/Minor Characters with a bit on their location in the character info.

Alright, I'll get onto it. I thought location was clunky too.

The only thing is... which characters do we consider "major" and "minor"? Is it the characters who have ALWAYS been major/minor or the ones who are major/minor in the present?

I think lead/supporting characters is the way to go... if we rely on screentime then things go awry if we consider the minor characters in early Goats. We sort of need a section for briefly appearing characters (like Bruce the Sleestak). Good work on things so far by the way :).

I just now finished quite a bit of work on the Jonathan Rosenberg [wikipedia.org] page. Please add more and correct my undoubtedly many mistakes.

Snipergirl and I think that eventually Fleen [fleen.com] should get its own page, similar in scope to the page about Websnark [wikipedia.org]. (Here [wikipedia.org] is what Wikipedia considers Fleen to be right now.) If someone (probably other than Gary) wants to start one, go for it.

I gots to start with the fixing of the Fleen redirect. It looks a little complex though. Wikipedia is really not that easy to learn.

Someone has to start with the plot and storyline stuff. I'm not really sure where to start.

I think we can touch on the random plots from before the soft reset and just give a basic feel of the character development and then work into the infinate typewriters series and develop from there.
